We can learn from this. Put a throttle stop on the airplane and tie it to something sturdy.

I used logging chain and tied my Chief to the hangar.

Sorry to see this happen.

BEST tie down tail
OK chock wheels
ALWAYS turn off fuel before starting, it will run long enough to get back to cockpit check oil pressure and turn it back on.......
