floor boards

Hi folks, I'm looking for someone with clear plans or dimensions for the floor boards for a 7AC Champ. Mine are damaged to a point I don't trust using them to lay out a pattern. Any help wound be appreciated. Thanks

You are looking for 3-484 & 5-158. Go to www.aeronca.com and register. It is on the volunteer system as far as cost. It actually doesn't cost anything, but everybody helps a little. Click on Aeronca Factory Drawings, you can download off the internet. Take the pdf to your local print shop and for just a few bucks you are in business. You will find lots of prints and info there as well. Hope this helps, David J.

Thank you "Joe A." for the copy of the blueprints of the floor boards. I have the DVD of the prints but the demensions on the print was hard to read. Your copy is clear enough to read.

Todd Trainor, where you got your DVD, has done a world of good saving the old Blueprints.

That said, the ones that we at the NAA have are the original factory blueprints that were scanned at the Aeronca factory 2-3 years ago on their commercial grade scanners, which is prolly a few steps above what Todd and the rest of us have at home.

If someone has a copy of a blueprint from Todd and its not very readable, please get ahold of me and the copy that the NAA has very well may be in better condition.
