Hydraulic L-3 Brakes

Has anyone converted an L-3 to hydraulic disc brakes? I've got replacement Cleveland drum brake linings ordered, but at $50 each and so far, two weeks on backorder, I'm thinking on planning for a conversion if I ever have to replace the linings again. W/ the rescent AC on vintage aircraft, it should be a doable project. I'm thinking a Scott master cylinter setup like on the Cub but I'll take all ideas into consideration.

I am working on getting hydraulic brakes put in my l-16 using all the parts from a 7eca. My FAA contact has no problem with the installation. I just need to do the paperwork.
