Complete, undamaged, original period instrument panel with nameplate, ashtrays, glove boxes and banjo wheels. Nose tank and aux tank available with fuel gages. Tailwheel, springs, and leaf springs. Cont A65 with Slick magnetos (engine stoppage) without engine mount. Original wheels, brakes. Left aileron assembly. Multiple wing ribs. Tail brace wires/fittings. Aircraft was substantially damaged in a departure stall accident and will not be restored (tail sheared off and motor mount destroyed). This aircraft met the definition of a successful military landing (all pieces were within 50' of one another). If interested, please PM me at tcflyingdoc@yahoo.com. Doc

Good morning Doc, I am interested in the mechanical brakes. Condition and price? My IA won`t sign off my champ with tri-pacer hydraulic brakes. Thanx, Jim

Doc,
I thought I responded to your message earlier but, don't see it here so if this is a repeat pls excuse.
I am interested in the decor items from the panel. that means the wings and the centerpiece Aeronca emblem. If you are only interested in selling the whole panel, I will. Also consider that depending on condition and price. Another piece which I am interested in is the Throttle assembly if it is an original piece. For me this is determined by the diameter of the threaded barrel section where the assembly goes through the main panel weldment. Pls forward any pictures of these parts and prices you need for them to <
tmail51a@gmail.com>. Thanks much.
Regards,
Dale

Thanks for all of your replies. I have the airframe logs and data plate available for sale/transfer. The main fuel tank is dented, the main tank fuel float unit is serviceable, main tank tie-down straps are available, bench seat safety cables are in good condition, and the main seat frame needs minor repairs to some of the seat straps. I have one serviceable jury strut assembly and a set of tail-brace wires. Wings have not yet been salvaged for ribs, fittings, etc, but one is severely damaged. Website is: assenddragonaviation.com. Thanks Doc

Doc,
I'm interested in the paper work. I'll give you $300 if it's clean. If it's been recorded as destroyed I wouldn't be interested. Been there, got the T shirt.

Doc,
Everything made it to my place over the long weekend. Great shape and just as advertised, I hope my letter made it to the Lone Star State. Give me a holler if there is any problem.
Paul

Working fuel float gauge for 15 gallon nose tank available on E-Bay if anyone interested. Also...the main tank has some dents but appears to be non-leaking. Doc
