Sedan for sale

I've been talking to a Mr. Lance who has his 15AC for sale somewhere in New Jersey. He has sent me some pictures and it has seen better days. Even his mechanic calls it an "older restoration". He is asking $35,000 but hinted that any reasonable offer would be considered. This plane needs some TLC, but it is a Sedan in annual so that should count for something. Look for his ad on Barnstormers. Even if you don't buy the plane, you will enjoy the conversation with the owner. He seems like a great guy.
