Walking for the Fallen

This gentleman (ex-marine) is walking to Washington DC to honor the fallen soldiers. I found him walking down the road by our house and pushing a cart with flags on it about two weeks ago. We invited him in, gave him some water and bought him dinner at the local cafe (Pammy Kaye's). I'm a old Air Force guy but this is quite an undertaking (knowing that Marines are tougher ). You can follow his progress on the SPOT and make a contribution....we did.... and/or buy him a meal. Right now looks like he's west of Chicago.

I've been keeping track of him by SPOT and see he is apparently now in West Virgina and headed for Washington DC.

Good to see him getting help, especially from a vet!
