Torque for wheel half bolts

I'm doing the annual on my Champ now and would like to know the torque for the through bolts that clamp the wheel halves together. Anyone got an idea?

Goodyear assy number 511413, which is a 1200lb cap wheel is stamped on my wheel as 83 inch-lb. bolt is a 1/4-28.
