Sedan for possible sale

I have a sedan that was involved in a plane swap. At the last minute things changed and we may end up with the sedan back in our laps. The new plane deal is dependent on getting rid of the sedan. It is a 0-300 engine with 340 hrs. Interior 7-8 outside is 6-7, nice but a few cracks(shiny paint) with a low to mid 30's price tag, would it sit for awhile or go pretty quick? My friend does,nt want to lose the new deal. J-4 on floats. I have the chief on floats, so it would be fun for us to bang around the north woods. Thoughts.......
