complete no bounce gear on ebay

I saw this on ebay: 181208028286
I don't know a thing about them other than they are for sale there. No bounce struts, case frames and gear legs. Looks like the brakes and wheels are included.

These are the no-bounce gear and have Cleveland drum brakes.

Am guessing that someone took them off for ski's or floats and then sold the plane.
