Well, been a little over a year since I first flew the Champ, got 100 hours on it now, all with a big grin on my face. Recently checked AWOS and the density altitude was 10,100' so I figured it was a perfect day to go flying.

Nice Video--but did I miss someting like a runup and carb heat check at power?
Keep the pointed end forward--
The dirty side down.....
And the blue skies on top....

I wondered if someone would notice that. I had flown twice previously that day, most recent flight 1/2 hr prior to the film flight.
Previous run up was fine (as it always is) and I decided to pass it by to shorten the dull part of the video.
