26" Good Year Tundra Tires

Folks I tried to search before asking, either not there or could be I suck at it.
I have a set of 26" Good Year tires just laying around the shop. I got them with my previous Cessna 170 purchase. Had to remove them as they were not approved per my IA. I would love to see them on my Sedan but don't have the first clue on how to go about getting a field approval. Would someone with the knowledge be willing to hold my hand a little and get me started in the right direction?
Thank you,
Justin

Give Bill Pancake a call. He might know or at least know how to point you in the right direction. There is another guy out there that is the Pancake of Sedan's, but I can not remember his name without getting home and checking on my computer. Someone here will know though as it came up when I was searching through the drawings that I received when I renewed my membership for two years and realized there were very few there for the Sedan.

Bob,
Thank you for the reply. You have mentioned Bill Pancake's name a couple times but I don't have any clue how to get in touch with him. Is there some membership directory that I can get access too?
Thanks,
Justin

Justin,
I would contact two folks.
Mike Hoag, who is the guru of the Sedan world.
Burl Rogers, who owns the type certificate for the Sedan. He is also in Alaska and thats where you will see many airplanes on the big tires.
If you need contact info for them please let me know. Burl has his own website, believe its

I'm a little behind on this forum. Did you have any luck with getting the Goodyears approved? My Sedan got an approval for 26" Goodyear tires. Let me know if you'd like a copy of the 337. Louis
