Is there a STC to install bungee type gear on an 11AC? Saw something on this years ago.

Have you consulted the FAA SFC database?

Can't imangine why someone would want to replace oleos with bungees
But I searched the database and sure enough there is an STC to put PA-18 landing gear on an 11AC...STC SA685NW

If you search the database be sure to look under American Champion Aircraft, the present owner of the Type Certificate.
