Fuel gauge repair
Hello all. I have read most of the posts relating to fuel gauge repairs but not sure if my model is the same. I pulled it off which was pretty easy. It only had 2 paper gaskets. One in between the tank and gauge and one between the gauge and the site glass. I don’t believe that is stock. It has a knurled nut holding it all on. The replacement ones from wag aero, Snyder’s and mikes model a parts doesn’t seem to match the same style. Mine measures 7 inches from the face of the gauge to the edge of the cork. Inside diameter of the knurl nut is 1 1/2 in. Would the replacement kit fit do you think? Any help would be appreciated.

Re: Fuel gauge repair
Sounds like you have the Champion wing tank gauge. It uses two paper gaskets and the gauge is in the fuel.
