The starter isn't worth $3M . Ask the seller questions--how much longer before a rebuild? How long has it been outside--suggest the buyer have refusal rights after inspection. AS IS Where Is scares me.

Grumps, totally agree with your post. Trying to pad the value of the McDowell Starter to get the price up is not a very honest way of doing things. I have a McDowell at home and would gladly sell it for $3000 if anyone were silly enough to pay that for it!
Moving this to the "For sale" section where it belongs.
