LICENSEE agrees to the application of the STC SA33CE to this aircraft ONLY.

LICENSEE acknowledges and agrees the STC is the personal, proprietary intellectual property of the above STC HOLDER, and that LICENSEE will not divulge the proprietary data set out in the above STC, which is the property of the STC HOLDER, to any third party. This STC is conveyed to the LICENSEE for consideration by this agreement only for the right to employ and use the above identified STC on the identified aircraft by only the LICENSEE.

LICENSEE agrees to defend and hold harmless the STC HOLDER from any claims or liability which may hereafter arrive out of the usage of the above identified aircraft on which the referenced STC has been utilized.
