7GC Fuel Tank Level Sender

I have a 7GC with a 19 gallon tank in each wing. The resistive type fuel senders need to be replaced as they are both acting up. Does anyone know what the part number is for these units or what the number is for a Stewart Warner or other manufactures equivalent?

Thanks

Re: 7GC Parking Brake Installation

I already have the two individual Cleveland model 10-5 cylinders mounted and plumbed to the brakes. It all works well but I can't figure out how those levers at the back of the cylinders are rigged to the parking brake cable. I also suspect that there is some form of return spring that has to pull b...

7GC Parking Brake Installation

I am trying to install parking brakes on a 7GC airframe. The individual Clevland master cylinders for each brake were original and worked fine but I never had the parking brake working. Most of the parts are there but I think that there is a pair of return springs missing that assist in pulling the ...

Wing Dihedral

I am recovering the wings on my experimental built Citabria and am considering reducing the wing dihedral from the standard 2 degrees to 1 degree (similar to a Decathalon). All of the wing and fuselage strut attach points and hardware in my A/C are exactly the same as any standard 7-series Champ (Ci...

As my aircraft is licensed as 'Amateur Built' in Canada I do not require a STC to install this gear. I fly off some pretty rough areas and this gear would definetly benefit the aircraft. If anyone knew where I could get a set of drawings that could be used to build this style of gear please let me k...

Carl Bahn's Modified Landing Gear

I am looking for any photographs that show Carl Bahn's landing gear installed on a Champ. I have heard that there are a couple in Alaska. If anyone has some, or can direct me where I can view some photos it would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks

I am looking for any information and pictures of Super Cub style of landing gear that has been installed on a Champ airframe. If anyone has done this modification I would appreciate finding out how well it performed, good or bad experiences, etc.
