It took some doing but I finally got the data on the fuel valves for the Chief and Champ.
The valve that we are approving for the Sedan is a very close fit to these other models of Aeronca planes.
Some minor changes to the new Sedan valve and Viola! a new Champ & Chief valve that will install directly where the old valve was. (Yes, this is a ball valve, too.)
I have seen several posts on fuel valves but how many would want a new valve. I will make a list of those that contact me so they will be the first to know.
