Lower Cowl Deflector (on ebay) WHAT...???

how much? ...with still 5 days to go, it's at $48.38 and $20. bucks shipping.
Wag-Aero has them for $36.75 and maybe $10. bucks shipping.

...am I missing something here?

Not at all! There is one Aeronca guy in Florida who goes into his local Harbor Freight store and purchases tools. Various tools. He then adds 10-30% onto the price and puts them on Ebay. People snap the stuff up right and left without knowing that they could get the same thing cheaper at their local store or through the mail.

People seem to lose their common sense in auctions at times...

Where is the best source for starter and generator covers for a C-85-12?

The last time I checked Fresno Airparts had the factory stuff. I think they were about 2 Sawbucks.

Wow !!! ...went for $80. + $20. shipping !!!
Wag-Aero (Mar. '08, page 93) .....$36.75

I'm thinkin' of buying a few from Wag and puttin' em on ebay :lol:
