GATS jar fuel tester

I am very careful about keeping my tanks full between flights and the 7AC is hangered. Imagine my surprise when the annual inspection turned up a alarming amount of water in the fuel. Recommendation was to purchase/use a GATS jar fuel tester. Comments please.

The GATS jar allows you to pour back the sample into the fuel tank, by filtering out the impurities. (water, etc.)
