Cowl bumps wanted .... anyone know a supplier of "teardrop shaped" cowl bumps ?? Need 2.

Before you do this, assume you know about the shorter spark plugs you can use? No need fort he bumps then.

Yes, I know about the shorter plugs --- I'm just trying to fill in old holes. I cut out a flat piece of Alum. and it just didn't have a "good fit". I'll try Wag in the a.m., I think they have the bumps, but not the teardrop type ???

Look at the above link. It used to have photos on how to make the teardrops but seems that they have moved. Will try to get them back for you.

The covers I used are actually Piper Cub items. They are for the boot cowl bottom side and provide clearance for the brake arms. They are smaller than most of the covers out there.
