Well it is back up for grabs! for 28,000.00 I am open to offers. Please no tire kickers or Cub drivers.
For sale is a 1946 Aeronca 7AC Champ. The aircraft was completely restored in 2008.
The aircraft won Custom Classic Reserve Champion in 2008 EAA fly-in http://www.serfi.org/2008/08_Champs/N221R/N221R.htm
Uses 4.5 gallons per hour, 5.5 hour/ 460 mile range.
3600+hrs on A/F.
Engine has a little more than 1600 since NEW, 280 SMOH (Mattatuck) 80 hrs STOH (Mattatuck) , 80 hrs SPOH, 75hp
No Bounce landing gear, New tires, Goodyear mech/disk brakes, New Scott 3200 tailwheel (80 hrs), 26 gallon wing tanks, C-150 mufflers. Paint 10, int 10, wide rear seat,new struts, all new hardware, all new windows (small crack on front w/s near wing L.E., also the left wingtip has a small indentation (hanger rash), new engine baffles, Bendix mags
Logs on engine since new (1943), logs on A/F since 1956. Was owned in the past by Paul Robinson of Robinson Jeweler's in Ohio.
