Anyone know the dates and agenda for the convention this year?

Lost last post but it is so big that it is done on even years last one was 2010 link below has some pictures. You do have the right idea its not to early to start planing it's not just for the day, it's the whole weekend and if you like you can get in a few day early and help setup and get first chance on the fly market.

I think so. IIRC, they are every other year events, and fall in the even years.
