Sending private messages

I've tried sending a couple of private messages - I hit submit and then my "OUTBOX" shows the message there - when I look at my "SENT" Folder, they're not there....anyone help with how to get them to SEND?

Also......what is the current email addy for contacting the board administrator directly? The one that is listed in emails sent out rejects my emails when I try and send them to the board administrator?

They stay in the OUTBOX until read by the recipient. Then they move to the SENT folder.

Have you tried joe@joea.com? He's a corporate pilot and disappears for a couple weeks at a time when on the job, so it may take him a little bit to get back.

About 5 seconds before I got the notification that you replied, I'd looked up on the bulletin board software's tech support site and realized the same thing!!!

Apparently they put them into a "SENT" folder till they're read in case someone wants to edit the message after its sent but before its read.

Boy that sure is confusing!!

Thanks for the help. Also our company is getting a new airplane and guess who has to do all the paperwork and FAA approvals on it? RVSM and so on all gets dumped on my desk, so now getting caught up on Aeronca stuff while stuck in a hotel over the holiday weekend!
