LMAO...yeah, I guess that is another point of contention!! But my son and I carved it out with a chainsaw and a pair of tree clippers. Used a skidsteer to fill in holes and dig out boulders. Most of the work was done by hand and then hired a grader and dozer to get it a little smoother. Then threw seed by hand and used my old tractor to drag it in and then roll it smooth.
