I have a private message that I'm trying to send. It is stuck in the outbox. How do I get it out of the outbox and on its way?

I believe it stays in the outbox until the recipient reads it. Otherwise it just sits there.

I didn't realize I had an OUTBOX and sure enough I had a message in there too. It was an old PM and so I deleted it
