I'm going to Oregon in a couple of weeks and have an empty trailer going north. If somebody needs transport from SF Bay Area to Portland let me know.

What treasure have you found? I hate winter roadrtips in the Midwest. Too much road salt that permiates everything.

Re: Empty trailer to Oregon
I'm going to take a look at the 50F Chief and a very early A50. It sounds like a no suffix or a A50-1, pretty rare engine. They are not a high demand item but don't share too many parts with the other A50's and A65's. Plus a fuselage fixture, not Aeronca. And anything else I find along the way.

Weather was a big issue, quite a long drive home. Didn't get to look at the Aeronca stuff but I did get the fixtures home. Looks like I'm in the Taperwing business.
