looking for brake parts

Ok.....who has extra Van Sickle brake cable / brake cam attachment hardware. Cleveland has a part number of 173-00100 and 173-00200.
I thought about trying to make this myself but didn't know if I have any material lying around. It is the U shaped and square washer that holds the cable down.
After 10 years of being torn apart, I cant seem to find either side.
