A65 Spark Plug Insert replacement?

I have a cylinder that just started leaking at the insert. I just had a cylinder rebuilt to replace, however, I’ve heard the insert can be replaced. Be nice to not have to replace the cylinder.

Anyone have any documentation on this?

Continental Maintenance and Overhaul Manual. Page 31 item (6). Fresno has oversized inserts listed, if needed. Don't drill the locking pin too deep.
