Dzus fasteners

Post by 7DCDRIVER »

Does anyone know the part number for the Dzus springs found on the nose bowl of a Champ? The fastener itself is either an AJ5-40 or AJ5-45(depending on where it is located) and the springs are S5A, but they come in different heights (-200, -225, -250, -275).

Thanks

Get a Aircraft Spruce Catalog they have a stud spring selection table it
depends on the total thickness of material, stud length, for spring height.

If you do not have one I can scan the page and email or post.
