seat covers

Post by Mike Datema »

OK guys, what do you do when your seat covers are raggedy? Foam appears OK but I am not adverse to totally new cushions, perhaps a little taller. I might even see the centerline ha ha

Find a local upholserer and have him make new covers. Mine were made with velcro on the bottom so I can take the cover off and replace the foam when needed. They can also install a zipper to do the same.

Agree with Jody, a local upholstery shop is a good choice. If your thinking about new cushions, ask if they've got visco-elastic or memory foam (trade name Conform), thats what OregonAero is famous for.
