Gross Weights?

Post by 4-Shipp »

What is a good source for the gross weights of the different Champ models? I have looked at the specifications page on Trade a Plane but I go the feeling their list was not inclusive. For example, the list the 7EC as having a MGW of 1300 but I talked to a gentleman selling a '59 EC that had a MGW of 14540. Another thread discussed champs with gross's as high as 1600. Obviously the newer models were higher but when did the increase start?

Is there a good list of model, year, engine combinations and their associated MGW?

Thanks.

Actually that only has rev 66 of A-759...I just made rev 69.

Old airplanes are not really affected...so, it should be okay still.
They might consider just linking to the faa.gov website where they generally have it posted as a .pdf within 2 weeks after I submit the change (95% of that is them reviewing it).
