Leaky Fuel tank

Anybody have any suggestions where I can get my Chief gas tank repaired? It looks like it is leaking (red stains) around one of the welded seams.

do any members have any info on Wagner conversions, Lyc 0-235 engines on 11AC, I see one advertised on Barnstormers, does it meet LSA etc. I have a C-140, I'd like to goto LSA, the Chief seems to meet my likes, thanks to anyone and all help.
