Ball type main fuel valve approved using a 337 with photos.

Ok everyone. Was at the Cactus fly-in here in Casa Grande AZ yesterday and while talking with a Champ owner found out something very interesting. This is very good to see as new fuel valves are not available.
He had a stock Aeronca fuel valve start to leak then sieze up. He went to his A&P who then talked to the FAA FSDO. They advised him that they would approve a ball type main fuel valve if he would write it up on a 337, which he did.

Should anyone want to see the 337, I will try to get it from him, but you can also order it directly from the FAA using the "N" number below.
