I need a headset adaptor for an Icom A21 handheld radio, or if I can find a wiring digram I will try to build one

I believe that's the Icom HS-61 unit you're looking for. They are somewhat scarce. I found one on Ebay several years ago which I needed for my IC a20 and IC a21 handheld radios.
