Anyone Near Somerset, WI?

Why do I keep finding Champ projects that are a thousand miles away, but none that are anywhere near me?

Anyway, this one is in Somerset, WI. Just East of Minneapolis/St Paul.

Before I make a trip up there, it would be great if I could get someone to put eyeballs on the beast...

Anybody???

Mike Berg is from Eau Claire area which is not too far.

I'm down in the Madison area.

Thanks for the response. Fortunately, I found someone in the area who is lined up to visit the project in the next couple of days.

It'll be interesting to see if the project is as advertised. If so, it is a reasonable (but not outstanding) deal, otherwise, the price will need to come down a bit...

If your other contact doesn't work out, I can go take a look after school lets out (I'm a part time bus driver). Sorry I didn't respond right away but I've been so busy I didn't want to commit myself and not be able to follow through. I'm probably 75 miles or so from Somerset.
