Yes it is -- the best kept secret on the East Coast. We didn't see another soul in 2 days. On previous trips (5 days and 8 days) we saw very few people -- even on Memorial Day Weekend!!joea wrote:Beautiful area. Have not been in a canoe in years and miss it...
It's one of the few rivers in the east where you can still camp along the river for a multi-day trip.
