Static/Pitot tube needed ASAP

I was up flying and all of a sudden I noticed my AS dropped drastically. When I landed I noticed my pitot tube was cracked badly and it is corroded internally pretty bad.
Anyone have a spare or know where I can get one for a reasonable price.

Pretty simple to repair/replace. 3/16" aluminum tube with a 90 degree bend.

Use old mast as a template.

I figured it would be easy to make on.....my only problem is there is a piec missing from the static line so I have no idea what size those tine holes are and also don't have the little metal sleeve that is on it.
Anyone have a drawing of these lines?

The sleeve is an RC model wheel collar for that diameter of tubing. The holes are on the drawing...I wonder if Todd has it on his website?

If you can find the number of the drawing, the NAA may have it.

I have an extra pitot tube (somewhere) that you can use for a pattern if you can't come up with anything else.

Looks like 3-535 is the drawing number, Pitot Head... in 1947 you could get one for $3.25 or so from the factory! Todd needs a copy.

My pito is still basically intact.....just broken due to corrosion. It is presently taped together. The line I need specs for is the static line. When I purchased this Champ the line was busted off nearly flush with the bottom of the pitot line. What I need is the measurement of the distance it is below the pitot line.....how long it protrudes from the radius to the front of the tube, and where is that little disk supposed to be located. Also if I remember correctly for looking at other lines there are two tiny holes....one on each side of that little disk. What diameter are these holes and distance form the front of the tube. Since my Champ has never had this part of the tube I don't have any idea where they are located.

Anyway, I don't know how much help this will be to you but the static tube I have has four holes drilled through from top to bottom and side to side. The holes appear to be (with my wire gauges) .030 in size. the first hole (top to bottom measures 1 3/32" back from the closed end of the static tube, the second set of holes (side to side) measure 1 1/8" back from the end of the static tube. The collar is about 7/16" back from the end. I've never done it but I understand you calibrate your airspeed indicator by adjusting the position of the collor on the tube.

Yep, it's Keith. The WWhunter is just the screen name I started with many years ago and comes from all the hunting I have done.

Anyway....Thank you very much for the measurements! I think I can easily manufacture one, just need to find some tubing. Funny thing is, my airspeed has always seemed to be fairly accurate according to my GPS and the static line has always been busted. Go figure!
