Does anyone have a copy of the lasher STC? It looks like David Lasher has disappeared off the earth.

I believe that the Lasher STC only applies to the Aeronca model 7 AC and 7bcm, and not to the model 7 ACA.

STC Number:
SA232SO

This certificate issued to:
Lasher Charles David

STC Holder's Address:
10670 Washington Street
Pembroke Pines FL 33025
United States

Description of the Type Design Change:
Change Aeronca Model 7AC powerplant from Teledyne Continental Motors (TCM) model C65-8 to TCM model C85-12 or C85-12F or change Aeronca model 7BCM from TCM model C85-8 series engine to the C85-12 or C85-12F in accordance with Star Aircraft Company Instruction S.A. 301 and Report No. 300R. Either modification can use the Sensenich model 72GK propeller with pitch settings from 44 through 50 inches. The Notes Section of Type Certificate Data Sheet, P-170, has information concerning required plates, flange adapters, etc
