Trying to Contact James M. Williamson

I have Aeronca Champ N82777 out in Southern Oregon. It is a cream-puff restored in 1997 by James Williamson, A&P 1618127, possibly from Minnesota.

I would love to talk to Mr. Williamson and let him know his efforts & expertise are greatly appreciated.

Does anybody know Mr. Williamson and how to contact him?
