Good airframe and engine, decent paint and serviceable interior with one MK12D/R. A good VFR ship or a nice IFR project plane. Dad bought it in 1991 and we stripped, painted, replaced windshield, overhauled the 0-300D with new cylinders and added a radio and intercom. It's been hangared since we've owned it and is in nice condition.
