Good Afternoon;
I have a 7JC converted to a 7EC and I am considering covering it using the Oratex system. Has anyone with an Aeronca covered their plane through a "field approval" using the Oratex system? I talked to Bill Pancake and he did not know of anyone. Any info or suggestions are greatly appreciated.

I am also curious about this, I wasn't able to find if they have the STC for Champs yet.

They do not have an STC for the champ. I talked with Lars from Better Aircraft Fabric, which is the Oratex people, and he said that they are awaiting approval for 5 STC's for Citabrias. I was hoping someone on this website had done a field approval for a Champ. They applied for the 7ECA but not the 7EC which I own.
