I've used the lenox bi-metal hole saws in material up to .120" and they cut beautifully. A light deburr and polish and away you go. Pretty cheap at around $20
Also an old instrument bezel comes in handy for a drill jig if you have some BER instruments around.

Bringing this back from the dead for those that are wondering.
The an76 bolts have been superceeded by an MS number.
The replacement for the AN76-16 is now an MS20073-06-16

I may have asked for too much info too fast.
Biggest priority is finding out if the plane will fit in the shop. I have 20 feet to work with, so knowing the fuselage length would be a benefit

AN470 universal rivets replaced those years ago as standard. no issues there
